Finding effective natural remedies that work can sometimes be difficult when using supplements and homeopathics. Essential oils are quite effective for seasonal wellness and work quickly and easily for all family members.
When people send me testimonials like this, it’s hard to argue that anything else works better:
Sadly, I am no longer allowed to post these testimonials due to the new FDA regulations. I am truly sorry about this, but there is not much I can do about it. You will just have to use the oils mentioned here and experience your own testimonials.
As a disclaimer – I am not a doctor. This blog post is for informational purposes only and is not designed to treat, diagnose, or cure any illness. The wonderful part about using essential oils is that it empowers YOU to make health decisions for yourself and your family. Do your research and ask God to guide you on which oils to use for your family.
Essential Oils to use for Seasonal Wellness:
Thieves oil blend – this is a blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary. We rub this on the bottom of our feet or diffuse in the air. We drink a drop of Thieves Vitality oil in a cup of almond milk or ingest in a capsule several times a day. Children under 2 need to have this oil diluted with olive oil, coconut oil, or V-6 from Young Living. We also apply on our throats on occasion (may need to dilute if the skin is sensitive).
Lemon oil – We apply to feet, around ears, or on our chests to help our bodies feel energized and healthy.
RC oil blend (or Raven) – includes Eucalyptus Globulus, Eucalyptus Radiata, Eucalyptus Citriodora, Myrtle, Pine, Spruce, Marjoram, Lavender, Cypress, and Peppermint. We apply to feet, chest or neck and throat area. This is also a great oil to put in a diffuser to help the whole family.
ImmuPower oil blend – includes Cistus, Frankincense, Oregano, Idaho Tansy, Cumin, Clove, Hyssop, Ravintsara, and Mountain Savory. We like to diffuse or apply this oil as needed. As with all Young Living oils, this blend can be diffused, inhaled directly, or applied to the skin (suggestions include navel, chest, temples, wrists, or feet).
Peppermint oil – We use it on our feet or chest. We like to inhale it too! I apply it directly under the bones under my eyes and on my forehead (always being careful not to get it in my eyes).
Lavender Oil – This is a great oil to have on hand. It is a favorite oil because it is so versatile and easy for beginners to use.
There are so many other Young Living oils you can use for wellness but these are the most common. Start using these oils and experiment with more as you learn more.
Use the Best Oils
We love our Young Living oils and wouldn’t use anything else. I’m serious about this! Do NOT just purchase any essential oils! Young Living is the industry leader and has been distilling therapeutic grade essential oils for 20 years. Do NOT put any other brand on your family!
I encourage you to use Young Living oils and empower yourself and your family to live well. There are so many more uses for these oils that I can’t mention here. Do your research!
Most of these oils are in a starter kit called the Premium Kit which includes the 10 most popular oils along with a free diffuser. This is the best value for oils for a family.
